This fast track summer bathroom renovation project for one of College of Saint Elizabeth’s residence halls transformed the original bathrooms, dating over a hundred years ago, to modern state of the art bathroom and shower rooms. Keeping the existing footprint of each room, tile was added to the floors and walls, to add a more modern look. Bath tubs were removed and multiple individual shower stalls with tile walls were added. HVAC roof top units were added to keep the humidity levels in the rooms to a minimum. Large mirrors, overhead lighting and the colorful accent tiles were the main focal points of the rooms, which added the ambiance that College of Saint Elizabeth was looking for.
